Storybook Mountain Vineyards is a family-owned winery located in Calistoga, California, with a history dating back to 1883. We produce high-quality estate wines, primarily Zinfandel, from certified organic vineyards situated on the Mayacamas Mountain Range. Our winemaking process involves handcrafting wines that are aged at least 12 months in French, Hungarian, and American oak barrels within historic 130-year-old caves dug into volcanic rock. We focus on sustainable farming practices, avoiding herbicides and pesticides, and emphasize terroir-driven wines known for their intensity, longevity, and complex flavor profiles. Our estate’s unique microclimates and elevation contribute to the distinct character of our wines, which have received international acclaim and are served in prestigious venues worldwide.
