Straus Family Creamery is the first 100% organic creamery in the United States, based in Rohnert Park, California. We produce a full line of organic dairy products including cream, ice cream, yogurt, butter, and sour cream, sourced from small family farms practicing regenerative organic farming. Our manufacturing processes include dairy processing, bottling, culturing, fermentation, homogenization, and straining, all within a sustainable, eco-conscious facility that achieved TRUE Zero Waste Certification.
