Tagaris Winery, Inc., a family-owned estate winery located in Richland, WA, was founded in 1983 by the Taggares family, who trace their roots in viticulture back to medieval Greece. Today, they cultivate vineyards within Columbia Valley’s Wahluke and Columbia Valley AVAs, producing 1.3 million gallons of award‑winning wines annually, including varietals such as Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Committed to sustainability, they practice organic farming on their 200‑acre Arete and 900+ acre Wahluke slope vineyards. The winery features a Mediterranean-style tavern offering food, tastings, live music and private events, and maintains an active wine club and direct-to-consumer sales for domestic shipping.
