Tanimura & Antle is a family-owned farm based in Salinas, California, with over 70 years of experience in sustainable fresh produce cultivation. We operate 1020 certified organic acres and utilize advanced growing methods including hydroponic greenhouses that are certified pesticide residue free. Our farm can produce more lettuce per acre than conventional methods, thanks to our innovative practices such as drip irrigation, waste reduction, and integrated pest management that promote a healthy agroecosystem. We offer a full range of services including vacuum cooling, shrink wrapping, fruit packaging, cold storage, hydrocooling, forced air cooling, and hydroshower cooling.
