The Lo Farm is a USDA Certified Organic vegetable farm based in Catskill, New York. We grow a diverse range of nutrient-dense produce for retail and farmers' markets. As owners and operators, we handle all aspects of farm production from seeding to harvesting and selling, often with our toddler Cooper. Our farm follows all USDA Organic Program guidelines and is certified by NOFA-NY. We prioritize harvesting crops at their peak and ensure freshness by washing and packing within one or two days of sale. We aim to provide high-quality, locally grown organic vegetables to our community through our farm store and market presence, supporting sustainable agriculture and local food systems.
