We have been stewarding the land since 2003 by managing it biologically and without chemical herbicides or pesticides. Our focus is on producing certified organic grass-fed beef, breeding stock, and organic dairy cows, including Jersey and Simmental breeds. We support sustainable agriculture by improving soil health and maintaining organic certification through NOFA-NY.
