The Sunset Grove is a regenerative farm based in Escondido, California, where we grow, ferment, dry, roast, and package specialty coffee and organic Hass avocados. We operate a 13-acre hillside estate supporting Geisha and Catuaí coffee varieties beneath a canopy of regeneratively farmed avocados. Our farm emphasizes soil health, biodiversity, and sustainable water use through practices like no-till farming, cover cropping, and natural pest control. We harvest by hand and process on-site to ensure premium quality and traceability. Our integrated approach supports supply chain resilience, promotes ecological balance, and offers premium, sustainably produced ingredients for specialty food and beverage brands seeking authentic, high-quality raw materials.
