Tongore Brook Farm is a family-owned organic farm located in Stone Ridge, New York, where we produce USDA Certified Organic microgreens, wild forest-crafted maple drinks, and seasonal shiitake mushrooms. We utilize bespoke soils, hand-harvesting, and soil blending techniques to ensure peak flavor and nutrient density. Our indoor greenhouse system, developed with New York State, enables us to grow year-round with 90% energy savings through solar and geothermal energy. We focus on sustainable practices, including zero waste farming and local distribution to retail and restaurant markets from the Hudson Valley to New York City. Our products are packaged in fully recyclable, BPH-free materials with a commitment to environmental responsibility and high-quality, nutrient-rich superfoods.
