Tres Sabores is a family-owned winery located in St. Helena, California, specializing in organic winemaking on a certified organic farm. We cultivate estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Petit Verdot, along with heritage olives, Meyer lemons, and pomegranates. Our farm spans 12 certified acres and features a diverse ecosystem including sheep, Guinea fowl, and native birds, which contribute to our sustainable practices. We utilize ambient yeasts in fermentation to produce wines that reflect our terroir and commitment to craftsmanship. Our operations include vineyard management, organic farming, fermentation, and direct-to-consumer tastings and experiences.
