We utilize a century-old sourdough starter and an 18-hour fermentation process to produce high-quality, wholesome products. Our offerings include sliced sourdough rounds, boules, batards, and a variety of breadsticks with flavors like garlic, rosemary, Parmesan, and sea salt. We operate a 65,000 square foot facility equipped with modern technology to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. Certified USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project verified, we serve food manufacturers, food service distributors, and retailers nationwide, supporting private label programs and bulk supply needs with a focus on quality, tradition, and innovation.
