Valley Malt is a Holyoke, Massachusetts-based craft malt producer specializing in malting barley, wheat, rye, and corn from 100% Northeast family farm-grown grains. Since 2009, we have collaborated with regional farmers, brewers, and distillers to create high-quality malts that support local agriculture and promote sustainability. Our operations include malting, milling, and drying at a renovated hydroelectric-powered facility. We are committed to providing fresh, flavorful malts with a focus on environmental responsibility, including a line of Regenerative Organic Certified® products. Our regional supply chain enhances product quality, reduces environmental impact, and strengthens local economies, serving breweries, distilleries, and food producers across the Northeast.
