Whistling Duck Farm is a family-owned organic farm located in Grants Pass, Oregon, with over 30 years of experience in sustainable agriculture. We grow certified organic produce, gourmet garlic, and seed crops on 23 acres of Class 1 soils, utilizing water from the Applegate River. Our farm features a full-service storefront in a historic barn, a certified kitchen, and a fermentaria where we produce fermented foods, regional seasonings, and garlic salts. We incorporate energy-efficient practices including straw bale construction and solar power to minimize our environmental impact. Our operations support local markets, regional food systems, and wholesale partners seeking high-quality organic ingredients and value-added products.
