Whitewater Gardens Farm is a family-owned organic farm located in Altura, Minnesota, operating on 22 certified acres in Winona County. We grow a diverse range of produce including heirloom tomatoes, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, and native prairie and woodland plants using regenerative farming methods. Our focus is on sustainable practices that promote soil health, support pollinators, and create healthy habitats for wildlife. We supply local co-ops, restaurants, and farmers markets with fresh vegetables and native plants, and offer native plant transplants and seeds for beneficial landscaping. Our farm emphasizes ecological balance, soil vitality, and community engagement to enhance regional food and native plant ecosystems.
