Wiest Farms Organic is a family-owned organic grain farm based in Nebraska's Panhandle, with over a century of farming experience. We produce certified organic hard red winter wheat, millet, milo, and other grains for food manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, and foodservice providers. Our operation spans 1962 certified organic acres, and we have been certified by the Organic Crop Improvement Association since 1993. We focus on sustainable practices, high-quality grains, and reliable supply chain support, accommodating both large and small volume requests. Our grains are suitable for bakery, snack, cereal, and ingredient applications seeking organic certification and traceability.
